Rebecca Reser is a multi-passionate strategist and facilitator with a background in customer and employee experience, strategic problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and emerging tech innovation.
Early on Rebecca built a consulting career helping companies embrace digital marketing and innovate human-centered products, processes, and experiences.
Rebecca then spent 6 years leading research and experience strategy initiatives for the financial services giant, USAA. While there she drove omnichannel integration across their mobile app, chat, agent desktop, phone, IVR, and personalization experiences.
In her current practice, Rebecca is on a mission to bring cross-functional teams together to build trust and inclusivity, solve complex problems, and accelerate strategic value delivery.
